The product is a heavy-duty Super-Solid solution for the outdoors flooring and retaining use. The Multi-Purpose-Plank has a product lifecycle far more than traditional timbers, plastic-wood decking, and when needing to decompose is safe with its safe waste cementitious content. You can reuse or resell the material back to your nearest recycling plant.

Our objective is to develop and market best value sustainable alternatives to landscape timber use. The price of timber continues to increase. Outdoor applications with landscaping and inground use of timber is a short-term strategy due to the nature of wood rotting overtime. The affordability of ecofriendly options is improving, with the consumer education process on safe-waste based product replacements increasing. To harvest less trees in Australia protects greater habitats that are under pressure from urbanisation.
Our products are an earlier form of concrete process, with various state of the art, advanced materials extraction techniques. This makes the product 75% less carbon intensive then concrete sleepers to create, and only advisable for retaining walls of < 1m height. Concrete sleepers are superior strength for much larger deployment needs, however for residential, and small commercial projects, our products are 60% lighter in weight with a similar product life expectancy and strength to match in this field.
Our policy has been not to research and develop inclusion of plastic in our product ingredients. Although the plastic polymer used in plastic wood products for the outdoors help bind these thinner solutions. We see this also as a short-term strategy, and not aligned to our long-term plan of developing non-plastic alternatives. Plastic wood decking and sleepers are popular, and are reducing the use of timbers, however for long term use, we see a benefit future opportunity to create waste-based cost effective, eco-friendly, superior quality magnesium based supplementary cement solutions.
